At U9 Karaoke Club, we believe every guest deserves the VIP treatment. To ensure your
evening is seamless and unforgettable, here’s everything you need to know about reserving
your private karaoke room or lounge experience:
Booking Your Experience
● Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee your preferred time and space.
● Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
● Minimum spends may apply on peak evenings and for premium private rooms.
Securing Your Night
● A deposit is required (50% of the minimum rate of room) to confirm your booking — this
is used as a part of the final bill.
● We accept all major debit and credit cards (no cash payments).
Cancellations Made Simple
We understand that plans can change. That’s why we’ve made our cancellation policy as
straightforward as possible:
● 14 Days’ Notice – Cancel at least 2 weeks before your booking and we’ll refund your
deposit in full.
● 72 Hours – 14 Days’ Notice – Cancel within this window and we’ll convert your deposit
into a U9 voucher, valid for 12 months.
● Less than 72 Hours’ Notice / No Show – Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable.
Arrivals & Timing
Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. We allow a 30-minute grace period.
Running late? We’ll do our best to accommodate, though your booking time may be reduced.
Dress Code & Atmosphere
Smart-casual attire is encouraged to match our elegant environment.
We kindly ask all guests to respect staff, performers, and fellow guests to keep the atmosphere
enjoyable for everyone.
Age & ID
Our venue is 21+ only. Please bring valid ID with you, it will be scanned upon arrival
